Please note for hygiene reasons, opened packs of receivers are not eligible for returns. How do I identify which Phonak RIC receiver wire I have? On the housing of Phonak earpiece receiver there is coloured printing - blue for left and red for right. The length or size is shown by a number (0,1,2 or 3) and the power by S for standard, M for medium and P for power e.g. 2P. Please note, before purchasing replacement receiver wires please make sure that you know how to safely remove and replace them yourself. Seller will not accept any responsibility for any damage to hearing aids when you replace/fit spare parts!
